General |
| 本司致力保護及保障個人資料。因此，本司之私隱政策為確保其就有關收集、使用、轉移、保存及查閱個人資料的政策及常規符合香港法例第
486 章有關《個人資料（私隱）條例》（「條例」）的規定。The
Company is committed to protecting the personal data of
individuals and therefore it is the Company's policy to
ensure its policies and practices in relation to the
collection, use, transfer, retention and access of
personal data to comply with the requirements of the
Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap.486 (the
“Ordinance”). |

所收集的個人資料類別

of Collected Personal Data |
| 為使本司能提供金融服務(包括但不限於保險、財務策劃及按揭/貸款/銀行/信用卡服務轉介等相關服務)之目的，客戶可能被要求提供其個人資料予本司，而該等個人資料包括但不限於姓名、聯絡資料（包括但不限於聯絡電話號碼、傳真號碼、電郵及／或通訊地址）、身分證明文件號碼、國藉、職業、財務資料及可能載有客戶的個人資料之文件副本，如身分證、護照、銀行帳戶月結單及公用事業賬單。提供個人資料純屬自願性質，若客戶拒絕或未能提供該等個人資料，本司有可能因而不能提供所需的金融服務，又或無法遵守法律或監管機構所發出的任何指引及守則。For
the purpose of provision of financial services (including
but not limited to insurance, financial planning, mortgage
/ personal loan / bank / credit card referral and other
related services) by the Company, clients may be requested
to provide personal data including but not limited to the
name, contact details (including but not limited to
telephone number, fax number, email and/or correspondence
address), identification document number , nationality,
occupation, financial status and copy of any document
which may contain the personal data of the clients, such
as identity card, passport, bank statements and public
utility bills. Provision of personal data is on a
voluntary basis. Failure to supply such personal data may
result in the Company being unable to provide the required
financial services. |

個人資料的使用

of Personal Data |
| 客戶所提供的個人資料可能被本司用作以下用途
The
personal data provided by the clients may be used by the
Company for the purpose of: ： |
| a. |
處理於本司開立服務賬戶及會藉的申請（包括確認及查證申請人身份）；
the
processing of an application for a Service and Membership
Account with the Company (including verification and
confirmation of the clients' identity); |
| b. |
申請人服務賬戶及會藉的日常運作及所獲提供服務；the
daily operation of the
client's account and the services to be provided to the
client; |
| c. |
為任何本司所提供的產品及服務之行政管理的目的any
purpose related to the administration of the products and
services offered by the Company;
； |
| d. |
為客戶研究、設計及推售金融服務或相關產品；researching,
designing and launching financial services or related
products for clients; |
| e. |
向客戶收取欠款；collection
of outstanding debts from clients; |
| f. |
履行根據下列適用於本司被期望遵守的關於披露及使用資料的任何規定complying
with any requirements for disclosing and using data that
apply to the Company with which it is expected to comply

data on a group-wide basis against money laundering,

為使本行的實際或擬受讓人或有關本行就個人所擁有之權利的參與人士或從屬參與人士得以就預期作爲轉讓、參與或從屬參與的對象的交易能夠進行評估；
enabling
an actual or proposed assignee of the Company or
participant or sub-participant of the Company's rights in
respect of the individual to evaluate the transaction
intended to be the subject of the assignment,
participation or sub-participation; |

直接行銷本司所代理的金融服務；及／或
promoting
and direct marketing of the financial services of the
Company; and / or |

轉移至下列第
5 條所列之機構或人士(「第三方」)用於向本司提供日常行政支援或直接行銷與下述第
4 條直接促銷類別有關之服務、獎賞及／或優惠計劃及／或活動(「該等服務」)
；及providing
daily operations support and direct marketing of the
services, reward and/or promotional programmes and/or
events provided by the institutions or individuals listed
in paragraph 6 below (the “Third Parties”) in relation
to the classes of marketing subjects specified in
paragraph 4 below (the “Services”); and |

| 4.
使用及轉移個人資料作直接行銷Use
and Transfer of Personal Data for Direct Marketing |
| 本司擬把客戶的個人資料用於直接行銷，而本司須收到客戶對該擬進行的使用同意（包括表示不反對），否則不得如此使用該資料。本司擬轉移客戶的個人資料（包括姓名、電話號碼、傳真號碼、電郵、通訊地址、財務背景、人口統計數據、產品及服務組合資料以及交易模式和行為）至第三方用作聯絡、服務轉介及直接行銷以下服務，而本司或會因此而獲得利益：
The
Company intends to use personal data of the client in
Direct Marketing and may not so use the data unless it has
received the client's consent (which includes an
indication of no objection) to the intended use. The
Company also intends to use use personal data of the
client (including name, telephone number, fax number,
email, correspondence address, financial background,
demographic data, products and services portfolio
information and transaction pattern and behavior) to the
Third Parties for contacting, services referral and use in
direct marketing of the following Services and the Company
may derive gain as such: |

| b. |
按揭/貸款/銀行/信用卡服務；

醫療/健康檢查/美容服務；Medical/
Health Check/ Beauty Services; |

金銀及外匯交易服務;Bullion
and Forex Trading Services; |

土地發展/地產/室內設計/裝修服務；Land
Development/Realty/ Interior Design / Decoration Services; |
| g. |
法律/移民/教育顧問服務；Legal/
Immigration/ Education Consultancy; |

獎賞及／或優惠計劃及／或活動；及／或
Reward
and/or promotional programmes and/or events ;and / or |

由本司任何聯屬或姊妹公司所提供的所有其他服務及產品。
All
other services and products offered by any affiliates or

個人資料的轉移

| 由本司所管有的客戶個人資料可能會被轉移至以下各方：
Personal
data of clients held by the Company may be transferred to
the following parties: |

向本司提供獎賞及／或優惠的供應者；

providers of the Company offering rewards and/or
promotions; |
| b. |
保險公司、財務策劃顧問、資產管理/信託公司、金融及財務機構、銀行、按揭轉介公司、信用卡公司、物業估值公司、強積金/
退休金公司、醫療/健康檢查/美容公司、金銀及外匯交易商、地產/室內設計/裝修公司、律師事務所、移民/教育顧問及／或獎賞/優惠/活動服務提供者；
insurers,
financial planning and asset management / trust company,
law firms, financial institutions, banks, service
providers for mortgage referral, credit card, property
valuation, mandatory provident fund / pension,
medical,Health Check, Beauty, Bullion and Forex Trading,
Realty, interior
immigration consultancy, real estate agency and/or
asset management; |
| c. |
根據本地或外地的法律、監管、政府或其他機關，或金融服務供應商的自律監管或行業組織或協會的任何法律或任何指引，本司被規定或被期望向其作出披露的任何人士，而以上各項均不論是目前或將來在本地或外地存在的；

person to whom the Company
is required or expected to make disclosure under
any law, or any guidelines of local or foreign legal,
regulatory, governmental or other authorities, or
self-regulatory or industry bodies or associations of
financial services providers, in each case present or
future, local or foreign; |

tribunals and/or parties to the legal proceedings; |

本行就個人所擁有之權利之任何實際或擬受讓人或有關本行就個人所擁有之權利的參與人士或從屬參與人士或承讓人；

| 當閣下瀏覽本司網站時，網站伺服器可能會紀錄閣下的到訪資料，包括閣下的
IP 地址來源、瀏覽時間、網址、瀏覽器類別及裝置類別(網站伺服器訪客紀錄)。本司使用這些網站伺服器訪客紀錄作維持及改善網站運作，例如判斷最佳網站解像度，得知最多人瀏覽的網頁等。本司不會，並且無意，使用到訪人士的資料作識辨身份的用途。請注意大多數的瀏覽器都是預設定為接受cookies

When
you visit the Company's website, the Company's webserver
makes a record of your visit that includes your source IP
address, access time, URL, browser type and your device
type (webserver access log). The Company uses the
webserver access log for the purpose of maintaining and
improving the Company's website such as to determine the
optimal screen resolution, which pages have been most
frequently visited etc. The Company does not use, and has
no intention to use the visitor data to personally
identify anyone. Most web browsers are initially set up to
accept cookies. You have a choice not to accept the
cookies and continue to browse the Company's website, but
if you do, certain functionality may not be available.

個人資料的保安及保存
Security
and Retention of Personal Data |
| 本司已實施內部監控措施，確保個人資料的保安，以防止個人資料在未經授權或意外的情況下被查閱、處理、刪除、喪失或使用。閣下所提供的個人資料，將被保留至完成收集資料的擬定用途，一般為期不會多於七年，或為按照適用法律、規則及規例以及由監管機構所發出並適用於本公司的指引、執業通告、操守守則及執業指引所規定的較長期限。
The
Company has implemented internal control measures to
ensure the security of personal data and prevent
unauthorized or accidental access, process, erasure, loss
or use of personal data. Personal data provided by you are
retained until the completion of the purposes for which
such data were collected and will not exceed 7 years in
general, or such longer period as prescribed by applicable
laws, rules and regulations as well as guidelines,
practice circulars, code of ethics and practice directions
issued by the regulatory authorities and applicable to the
Company.

有關客戶的權利Rights
of the Client

| 根據條例，客戶有權：
Under
the Ordinance, any client has the right to:

查核本司是否持有關於客戶的資料，以及查閱該等資料；
check
whether the Company holds Data about the client, and
access to such Data;

| b |
要求本司更正任何有關客戶而不準確的資料；require
the Company to correct any Data relating to the client
which is inaccurate; |
| c |
查明本行對於資料的政策及慣例和獲知會本行持有的個人資料類別；及
ascertain
the Company's policies and practices in relation to data
and to be informed of the kinds of Data held by the
Company; and
|
| d |
反對將資料用於直接行銷，經客戶向本司提出申請反對後，本司不會再將其資料用於直接行銷用途。object
to the use of the client's Data for direct marketing
purpose and the Company shall not use the client's Data
for direct marketing purposes after receiving objection
from the client.

| 根據該條例，本司有權就處理客戶查閱其個人資料的要求收取合理的費用。In
accordance with terms of the Ordinance, the Company has
the right to charge a reasonable fee for the process of
any data access request.
